Together, we will customize a nutrition individual plan \u2013 a plan just for you – that gets to the root cause of why you may not be feeling as well as you would like to. In addition, we\u2019ll determine your optimum weight and maximize your well-being despite your genetic predisposition and life history.<\/p>\n

My customized plan focuses not only on your current eating and lifestyle habits, but also on past medical and social history as well as genetic tendencies. I lean toward a whole food approach rather than using medications or supplements, but if nutritional deficiencies are present, temporary use of supplements can be advantageous.<\/p>\n

My philosophy is to work collaboratively with you to decide what your health goals are and to craft a unique plan to achieve these goals. You should expect to be heard and supported throughout the process.<\/p>\n

I offer one-on-one private consultations including a free 15-minute evaluation by phone or Skype. Our meetings typically take place in comfortable locales such as your home, office or a coffee shop convenient to you. Follow-up consultations can be completed by phone or Skype if preferable but face-to-face is typically most effective.<\/p>\n<\/div>
